The High Desert Cruisers Car Club was founded in January 2001. Having had numerous discussions after local car shows, the idea of creating a car club became a reality. Thus, the High Desert Cruisers became a Car Club located in the Antelope Valley.
With 28 members, the car club held its first meeting in Lancaster on December 06, 2001, at which time the Mayor, Frank Roberts, performed the Charter Ceremonies. The club doubled in membership before the 2001 year was over, and continues to grow today. As the club has grown, we have become a nonprofit organization to give back to the community and raise funds for local charities in the Antelope Valley.
